Approvals for Pets: Guests must adhere strictly to the pet policy outlined in the house rules. If a listing is designated as “no pets,” guests are prohibited from bringing any animals onto the premises. Additionally, guests must not exceed the approved number of pets permitted in the listing. It is essential for guests to communicate openly and transparently with the host regarding any pets they intend to bring along. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in additional charges or penalties and could impact future bookings.

Damage: In the event that guests cause damage exceeding normal wear and tear, it is imperative that they promptly notify the hosts of the damage. Cooperation and transparency are key, and guests are expected to work with the host to find a mutually agreeable solution. Guests are responsible for reimbursing reasonable costs associated with damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning expenses for which they are responsible. This ensures accountability and helps maintain the integrity of the accommodation for future guests.

No parties or events: To maintain the tranquility and security of the accommodation and its surroundings, guests are prohibited from hosting parties or events on the premises. This includes gatherings that involve excessive noise, large groups of people, or activities that may disturb other residents or neighbors. We kindly ask guests to respect this rule and enjoy their stay responsibly.

No food or drink in the bedrooms: To uphold cleanliness and prevent potential damage to furnishings, guests are kindly requested not to consume food or beverages in the bedrooms. This rule aims to maintain the hygiene and condition of the sleeping areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for all occupants. Guests’ cooperation in adhering to this guideline is greatly appreciated.

No unregistered guests: For security and safety reasons, guests are strictly prohibited from allowing individuals who are not registered or approved by the host to enter the premises. This rule ensures that only authorized individuals have access to the accommodation, minimizing any potential risks or disruptions to the stay. Guests are kindly reminded to adhere to this policy and notify the host in advance if they plan to have additional guests during their stay.

Respect the furnishings: Guests are kindly asked to treat the furnishings with care and respect during their stay. This includes refraining from any activities that may cause damage, such as standing on furniture or placing hot items directly on surfaces without protection. By treating the furnishings with consideration, guests help maintain the quality and appearance of the accommodation for themselves and future visitors.
